zoopop.5630 Posted March 13, 2018 Share Posted March 13, 2018 This trait line seem to not work at all..... or very little to no change from the condi damage overhaul you take. This trait has had a history of being really broken (not working right) and it still seems to not be working right.The overall of scrapper at the moment seems to be falling pretty short (possibly changes when the new balance patch is out). Super Low on dps, and Not enough optimal runes for the proper build as well imo. I'll be posting some pictures of the dps with and without adaptive armor so we can figure things out and get this elite back to a good spot.
