Given it can be purchased -- even if you don't like the price -- it isn't being "withheld" from players, it simply isn't being as available as you would like.

I made what I thought was a fairly safe assumption, which is that you don't want it simply for the sake of knowing every possible recipe in the game. Was I wrong?

I believe you don't get the point of this thread.

The point of the thread as that you have not been able to acquire the recipe you want, and consequently have to purchase those sigils at a price you don't like, is it not?
