[Suggestion] Alacrity Animation

I think it would be cool if a new animation for alacrity could be looked at. Alacrity's effect is by far the most obtrusive of all the boons as it covers up the entire character in purple smoke and is hard to ignore. When you have the effect it's hard to see your character, which makes it hard to keep track of auto attack chains and other animations. It also has high uptime in organized team contents, so it's not like a brief thing either. Also, the purple color may be fine when only chronomancers could produce alacrity, but now it feels out of place on a renegade. Orders from above may be fine, but it's kind of weird to produce purple smoke from natural harmony, which is supposed to be nature-y.
