[BUG] Chaos Fractal recent issues

There is something I encountered with my group during daily fractal routine. I believe it've started to appear recently:

1. Flickering Flame (special action key skill) doesn't disappear after finishing bonfires part and stays till the end of fractal. So you can spam it on boss dealing quite a decent condi damage =)
2. Sometimes, before the last part of fight with Chaos Anomaly (moment when you down it to 25%) two champion golems appear instead of one.

None of above bugs stop progress however it's kinda funny =)
