Brendan.1309
Hello everyoneI am a junior developer that's new to this Guild Wars.I am currently playing a ranger and I thought It might be fun to make a range finder, but I wanted to find out what I needed to know from the community first.I'm aware that TACO has something out there that finds range, but there are a few things I wanted to tweak about it and I thought it would be good for me to build something from the ground up. It sounds like I need to use the mumble API if I wanted to create a range overlay, but maybe someone else out there has other ideas. I'm most familiar with PHP, JS, C++, and I am currently on a Mac, but I use other tools if its a more effective use of my time. What do I need to know when it comes to development for Guild Wars? Nightlark.4029
At least before switching to a native macOS build, MumbleLink on macOS did not work. I haven't heard anyone saying that MumbleLink on a Mac works now, but maybe it does -- you'd have to try it to find out.
