FB Tomes and Mounts

I'd like to see active Firebrand tomes NOT go on CD when I use a mount. It's a QOL thing - like necros having their minions go on CD when they used a mount. ANET fixed the issue for necros. I'd like to see the same for Firebrand tomes.

Unfortunately, Elementalist Glyphs of Elementals elite and utility items do the same exact thing. Also, Soulbeasts still have issues retaining their pet-merge while dismounting.
