Renegade not going out of combat

I was trying to lasso some branded on dragonfall when I noticed that I was having an abnormally hard time getting OOC so I could remount. After some test, it appears that so long as Kalla's Fervor is up, you will stay in combat, no matter what. This causes the renegade to have an abnormally long time to get out of combat, and can even jam completely. I was able to get in a position where I still had aggro but nothing could hit me. Normally I would be able to mount again after a brief delay, but the renegade, NEVER exits combat. I was able to stand there taking 0 damage for over 5 minutes and never exited combat or became able to mount. This is a big problem with this class.
