Snowy wings

Hello everyone.I was giving my chubby Broad-Horn Bull Skyscale some exercise while flying in a chilly Hoelbrak snowstorm when I noticed that his wings looked like they were snow misted.

I am clueless as to how to post a screenshot, so I will give my coloring scheme.
