Looking For Social Guild that also raids in the evenings of Eastern Time Zone

I'm a new-ish player in the North East USA on the Northern Shiverpeaks server who plays mostly in the evenings from 6pm+ Eastern Time looking for a guild that is active at the same time I am.
Ideally:

• A social guild active at the same time I am
• Active discord voice chat community
• Regularly scheduled raids
• Regularly scheduled guild missions
• Enough members interested in fractals to do it at least irregularly
• Enough members into spvp and wvw to help me jump into those activities (more than willing to server change for wvw).

I previously did a ton of raiding in wow and that's something I would like to do in GW2. I don't care about competency, I just want to get in there and go for it. My main is a scourge condi necro and has all ascended viper gear.

Respect and inclusiveness towards all genders, orientation, and religious beliefs is a must.
