[GW1] New "Show item names" option shows other players' items as lootable

[Leablo.2651]

1. Enable "Show ally, NPC, and item names."
2. Go into an explorable area with multiple players in the party.
3. Kill enemies to drop loot.

Regardless of who the item is assigned to, the item will appear lootable (with colored text) to players with this option turned on. It will only appear non-lootable (with gray text) after the player mouses over the item name.
