When is the update now available? In Germany it is 21:10 and no update is online.

Arenanet has declared 19 the date of publication without telling which time zone. It is now 2 hours later. If you always test your patches in the last minutes, that's what causes problems. If it was your first update then you could understand it but that's not it. German players have something that always the bad luck they always have to wait until tomorrow for problems.

And then they are still to fig it officially announce in the German or English forum

This help nothing!Why it does not help Arenanet reacts only here in the English forum. The German forum is the yes no matter then you have to ask here for information
