Mysterious Journal Achievement bug

I have collected all 8 pages needed to complete the Mysterious Journal Achievement and unlock the Tengu Weapons collections, but the Journal still appears as Incomplete, the Achievement is stuck at 7/8 and the page count very oddly goes from 1-4, skips 5, and then goes 6-9. This prevents me from going for the Tengu Weapons collections. Very odd bug.

Oh, ok. I was wondering if it was only me... I also submitted a bug report in game. It's really quite an odd problem, and "unfortunately" also a pretty rare one, so there's not much talking about it. I hope it gets noticed and fixed, nonetheless.

I have 2-9 and never got the first one even though you're supposed get the first one whenever you pick up any of the other ones (if wiki isn't lying).

Im missing Page 7 even though I got it today.Someone said to delete it and do it again....

I thought I had the same bug, but turns out I missed one of the pages. You will have 9 pages in the journal at the end. Look for the missing number (e.g. 5 in OP's case) - I think the numbers on the wiki are in the correct sequence. At the least #7 was, that was the one that I was missing.
