Lunateric.3708 Posted October 13, 2017 Share Posted October 13, 2017 Recently 32-slot bags got a NPC merchant that allows you to unbind them but 24-slot and 28-slot bags are still soulbound on use and there's no way to use them outside the equipped character (for further upgrading).
