Custom weapons builds

Be able to custom build your own weapons by changing parts of it; like the color, the material, particle effects, footsteps if available, sounds, material, size, size of parts, name of weapon and so on.Templates made can be saved to build-tags for each weapon.Weapons tags could easily be shared, swapped and changed like build templates.

This could be added to parts of crafting and gained through mastery achievements.
