Did not receive the "Invitation to the Party" gizmo

I have all 6 festival invitations in my inventory and did not receive the gizmo. The achievement does show that it is complete. On this account I have the Dynamic HUD setting enabled that "auto accepts" the rewards loot boxes (Rewards = Never Show). On my other account that doesn't have this setting enabled, the gizmo was received. Maybe it has something to do with the Dynamic HUD setting?

Edit: I just logged onto the account that didn't receive the gizmo, with a different character, set the Dynamic HUD :: Rewards = Always Show, then 3 rewards boxes appeared and one contained the festival gizmo.
