Honor of the Wave Bosses Not Spawning

I have experienced this glitch more than once last 2 days

After you kill kulag the fallen sometimes the champion goliath won't spawn, sometimes after you kill goliath the door won't open, I haven't gone further to check the other bosses.

So a month later it happened again, bosses after kulag the fallen won't spawn

I ran this dungeon sooner today, it worked perfctly but i couldn't finish it, so as I go back to finish it goliath won't spawn

I'm doing this runs solo, maybe that's the bug reason

Maybe it's bugging after you do it once.
