iamguildwarsplayer.9354 Posted May 11, 2021 Share Posted May 11, 2021 The follow up skill of Mesmer's Mantra of Concentration, "Power Break" previously broke stun. With the new system, this skill no longer breaks stun. This may be a bug or a feature, but the description says "Chant the mantra of concentration, breaking stuns on yourself while granting stability to nearby allies."
