PoF achievements bugs

Additional pilons seems to still be bugged.I also lost The Whole Story when I was in range of a memory.

Here's how I finally got it, after 6 attempts:

• Did not use mounts to attack pylons.
• Killed all the trashmobs, every single one.
• Killed all the trash mobs, every single one.

(I repeat the last one because that's literally the only difference between the success and the failures.)

I speculate that the game is treating each pylon as a hidden event and, as we know, some events require killing all mobs associated with the event, not just the target gate etc. Since we can't tell the difference between "associated" foes and those who weren't, it was easier just to kill Forged & Branded indiscriminately.

The achievement might very well be bugged; this might not be the intended method. But it's worked for 3 people out of three that have tried it so far.
