Frostfang Legendary Lore Description - Who is Hlif ?

Don't know why ANET doesn't allow you to view descriptions of legendary weapons even after you already made the weapon, but i looked up Frostfang for fun... and have no idea who tf Hlif is... I looked up Gw1 and Gw2 characters and couldn't find them. Anyone able to tell me who tf this random person is that wielded this weapon? or is all the lore just randomly made up to sound cool.

Like other named individuals of the legendary weapons, it's someone who was not mentioned in lore before. It create a very, very huge lore question though, because previously the only norn to have survived a confrontation with Jormag was Asgeir.

But now there's Hlif.

And no mention of the dragon champion the axe is named after as per the weapon collection (incidentally, it seems that aside from HOPE and Nevermore, none of the collections' lore gets brought up by the new legendary lore).
