Right now, the big issue is clearly double scourge or eventually double mirage, but there are still teams that would appreciate playing 5 necromancers or 5 mesmers. Would have the same issue that farror had with FA back when tempest was the prime support.Limit it to 1 elite spec per team, and that would be fine.
