The deadeye has too much might generation with Fire for Effect, Perfectionist, and Three Round Burst while ele has might coming out of their ears. Asur.9178 Posted September 21, 2017 Share Posted September 21, 2017 As mentioned by someone in reddit, it'd have some chance to compete with it's duplicate (scholar runes) if the 6th bonus was something unique like 5% damage when attacking from over 600 range, or a convert effect like 7% vitality converted to ferocity.
