Will the Holosmith's weapons become actual weapon skins?

I was just curious if Anet had any plans to give Holosmith weapons actual skins like they did with the Guardian and Mesmer Phantasm weapons.

Are they actually new skins though? Might just be existing weapons and then everything gets covered with a shader for the holographic effect. Something similar to Juggernaut's effect except it has the pattern instead of being silver.

The same can be said for the mesmers Phantasm weapons. So what you are telling me is that .........there is a chance.
