The Desolation

Does anyone else find it impossible to load The Desolation map? Is it down? I haven't been able to get into it for over 10 hours now.

It is not Desolation map only. Seems like when you are playing on a map it cant load anything else. A story mission, different map etc. What seems to work for me was teleport to a friend.

Another note: when you teleport to a friend and you explore some waypoints you can freely teleport to each of them, no matter that there is a loading screen. But if you change the map you will most likely crash.

But this is very annoying and blocks progress... story or exploration - doesn't matter it is blocked for most people

Yep, i was porting there, then got stuck in loading screen loop. Alt + F4 -> was back at Oasis main WP where i wasnt standing before i ported. Got an error message that WP is not accessable/contested.

I see. But for me I've managed to load every other map today except The Desolation. I did manage to load it yesterday less than 40 minutes after launch because I went off and immediately explored, but not since.

Your lucky im now stuck in there and cant play on my character now

I was in the desolation for a while, for a mission, until I entered an instance, which loaded forever, and since then I can't reconnect to that character
