Losing character skills after using mount Skill 1

So far, I have noticed this happening to me in Dredgehaunt Cliffs and Lake Doric. It doesn't happen every time but is random. After Raptor Tail Spin, I have no ability to use my character skills. I have to run away until I'm out of combat and log out and back in to access my skills again.

Yes, dismounting frequently often results in these and similar issues. Not sure they will ever be able to fix it. :(

Being downed usually does the trick for me, too. ...but, yeah, it's something. :(

I think it's odd it would only happen in certain zones and not others.

I had noticed that I can just use the dismount command when that happens and it fixes it. However I also remember that not working months ago...

I think in Dredgehaunt you run on mines on south east of map then used your mount 1 skill to attack, yes. it was there over 2 months ago and it is still there. I'm guessing an skill that supposed to knock you down and can't because you are mounted, locks your skill bar.
