Mounts won't jump

I've already made a thread about this in general discussion, but apparently I'm the only person in the world having this problem.

I cannot use a basic jump when mounted. I have all mounts but the griffin unlocked, but hitting the space bar, even while standing still, instantly causes them to use their special ability. Even a light tap does this. For the Jackal in particular, this is a massive problem, as it means I can't traverse a gap to an equal height (and thus, can't reach at least one mastery point).

The only key I have re-bound from the default is V, which is now my special action key (dodge is now double-tapping directions only). I have tried checking and unchecking the box to separate mount abilities from jumping in options, but that did nothing.

By default, mount abilities override jumping. There's an option at the bottom of the general options to disable this. For those without mounts, this option is hidden.

Tried that and it did nothing. Mentioned in the OP, even.
