Random malice generation bug while destroying siege

For the last day or two I am having that bug I used to get where I cannot build malice while destroying siege. Basically I mark the siege, and use a skill that consumes ini & crits but no malice is generated. I tried on both rifle and d/p and it was occuring there, but very randomly. I do not know if this is from a symptom of latency but it is happening with more frequency for me now. On rifle I tried holding down 2 and 3, and alternatively tried tapping them with same results. I even waited for mark to recharge, then re-marked and tried again with all wep skills (no aa) and no malice was generated. Next time I will try record. For the most part, I do not have a problem and it works as intended, until this bug pops up that is. Anyone else getting this?

i destroy alot of siege and havent noticed that issue yet. only if i use non piercing shot and get body blocked by multiple siege standing close to each other. but ill try to keep an eye on it.
