Condi Warrior v.s. Revenant Armour, Which Is Best?

I'm poor and can only afford one set of ascended armour and trinkets. I want them to work for both condi warrior and condi revenant. My friend said Viper's but I don't know, I mean, what about the new stats coming out? Help a player out?

Viper works great on both professions. The only new PoF stat set that might be useful is Griever, but there are no known methods of obtaining Ascended versions of that yet.

Also check the cost of crafting. Occasionally, it is cheaper to craft the armor in a different stat set and use the mystic forge to convert the armor to viper (was for me on my rev). :smile:

Oh yeah definitely, I have some unopened ascended armour boxes that I've been saving up that will get me halfway there. I will stat swap them to Vipers if that's what I decide to use. My impression is that armour stats don't make as large a difference as trinkets; as long as it's exotic in the stat flavour I want, ascended trinkets should have priority. So apparently, Viper's would be good for both Rev and Warrior PvE condition builds? How does one come up with Viper's ascended trinkets? I assume from LS3 vendors?

Yes, Living World Season 3 Unbound Magic vendors sell ascended trinkets that have HoT stats.
