[Bug] Utilities not working in pvp

It's the second time today this happens to me, I'll post some clip later
You see the animation of the icon being pressed but nothing happens, skill doesn't come out or goes on cd

Happens to me to when I relog toons after game pop
it can be, try to play one match without swaping, then try to swap normally the other ones
it worked for me

I had a teammate with same bug right now, his game crashed when he was joining the match, after relog he coulndt use his utilities or toolbelt skills
I was dead on the map i was on, and when I got into PvP game I was unable to use any of my utility skills, healing skill or elite skill. Lost what was essentially a free win.
Same patch as the templates, interestingly enough.
This issue should have been fixed in a previous hotfix, but let us know if you’re still experiencing a similar behavior.
