Bonus Event: Fractals

I haven't gotten any rewards at all for the Fractal Bonus Event. It is showing in the Bonus Event: Fractal that each tier is at: 0/1 - 0/5 for all. I've been doing this daily since the bonus event started with guildies, doing recommended as well as dailies. They have all gotten credit and state we are on Tier 5.

I have tried hopping to different maps, logging into and out of the game, changing characters and doing fractals, and still it shows I haven't participated- nor that any Tier has been done.

I've put in a bug report, I've requested support help twice now. The first person saying they wouldn't help me get the rewards, I'm waiting to hear what the second support request will say.

If anyone has any idea's what I could do to fix this short of deleting my game and reinstalling. I'm on a slow internet connection with NO option of getting a higher internet service. It would take 2 days to download a new game.

Update. The second person was of great help. I'd been saving all my trophies to get the 100 tokens Endless Shiny Tonic. They asked me to buy a box which I did and changed maps. I now have rewards. Hope this helps others.

You take the sense of community things to the vender outside the fractals and buy at least one box of goods then log off and back into la or the next time you go to la you should get the rewards
