  1. If you're in the final battle of the series of battles, the very last one, you have a problem if you fall off the platform. You can't jump your way back up, as far as I could find. (this is in the story battle, not the map meta, where you have the ship waypoint). Turns out /stuck will pop you back up to the platform - you don't have to re-do the battles or story instance.
  2. Just type /stuck. it will return you to the platform. Don't bother spending hours trying to jumping puzzle your way back up, like I did.
  3. Running Soldier's/Hammer in PvE, with a lot of CC. It has a ton of sustain, because I hate to dodge. Damage is ok, nothing to write home about. The lockdown and survivability are through the roof tho. Build does not work in PvP/WvW
  4. So the Celestial Catalyst build was good enough that they had to nerf it; stat bonus is 15% now instead of 20%. Still a decent build, but not nerfbait any more.
  5. Obvs, not for raids, nor for other highly tuned squad builds. Nothing beats a tuned team of specialized good players. But it's fun for people looking for things less stuctured than raids. No doubt you could design a better spec - for raids. Other than that, this post looks like all mouth and no muscle. (since you clearly didn't read the post - there's no spec here for you to evaluate, and you didn't bother to actually read the post)
  6. Our build designer is very excited about what she has been able to do with Catalyst, using Celestial and the Empowerment mechanic. It's not something that's tailored for raid groups, but very fun for other kinds of play. Not an entry-level build, but fun for experienced players. We've been having fun with it.
  7. Yes, here's what you can do with a Catalyst elementalist build, Dagger/Focus/Conjures...good soloing/JOAT (and this is elite gear, no food/utilites, no outside buffs). Actual build's left for you to figure out, since that's part of the fun of the game.   8. Hotfix fixed it, so this is now irrelevant. Still surprised that they let this go so long without any acknowledgement on the forums, tho.
  9. Please roll back the patch of December 1, 2020. The game is completely unplayable, entire maps are getting disconnected every few minutes. Daulnay.4971(sign below)
