  1. The alert dialog asking "Are you sure you want to claim <objective>?" is not useful if nothing else has been claimed yet by my guild. Suggestions: 1. Remove this dialog, or 2. Automatically claim the objective Why? Not necessary and requires two clicks every time I want to claim something. It only makes sense when something has been claimed by my guild. Then I actually want to have this dialog that reminds me of it. If the dialog appears every time, I'm much more used to always click "Yes", which also increases the chances to mistakenly unclaim an important objective.
  2. I'd suggest more than five. Five can be enough if they have sufficient HP.
  3. The whole reward system in wvw is way too complicated imo. Kill rewards, reward track, skirmish reward track, understanding pips and participation; it's just unnecessary complex.
  4. Interesting, but I got some questions before I replace my hfb: Can it compete in the overall stability uptime with a hfb? F3 has 3/4s cast time and is a mobility skill (requires target ground selection). Isn't that too slow for breaking stuns? Do we need another source for resistance then? How did you measure/estimate the superiority in healing?
  5. Sometimes the Reinforced Armor effect is not being applied by the newly introduced NPCs in WvW. Therefore, linked to the last patch. Seems to work in the spawning areas, but not in t3 garrisons (tested in the blue garrison on EBG and central garrison on the blue map). PS: Haven't read this bug report anywhere, but I think it's already well known.
  6. I'm missing a big group of golems to efficiently test builds and burst rotations. Could be similar to the golem army in the PvP lobby (Large group of golems [YT-Video]). Three golems with high respawn times aren't good enough.
  7. Many same-language links. Either it's a coincidence or arena-net worked on the international linking logics. Anyways, thanks for your effort!
  8. Yes, one thing I forgot to mention: This suggestion is just a quick fix. In future, other other possibilities to encourage GvGs should be added. E.g. maybe guilds could use the lfg-tool to find opponents. Or maybe add a squad option so all worlds could see the tag (joining the squad should be restricted from other worlds).
  9. Suggestion to anet:Make the map-chat (/m) in Obsidian Sanctum readable for all worlds, so it is easier to organize scrims. Discussion:Sometimes it is hard to find other guilds to fight against in WvW especially during prime time, when there is a queue on every map. Don't get me wrong, I like the activity, especially since anet removed a EU tier. But WvW is missing a key feature: a possibility to organize GvGs quickly in game. I know there are third party tools but most players are just lazy.So a very simple approach would be to just add a chat which is accessible for all worlds. I can understand that anet don't want to do it for all maps, to prevent spamming and flaming. But the Obsidian Sanctum possibly is a good place for GvGs, because there are no real objectives other than fights; and I'm sure guilds would love to communicate much easier. (Maybe EOTM and also changing the say chat (/s) could also be a good idea) Looking forward to hear your opinions!
  10. I determined the number of cache errors by calculating the activity of all servers (adding kills+deaths) and checking if the activity does not change for more than 5 minutes. (So possibly there are false-positives in there where no one died in a time slot of 5 minutes, but there are also possible excluded false-negatives where the cache error were shorter than 5 minutes)Interestingly the length of these cache outages differ almost uniformly from 1 minute up to more than one hour: I also described the issue here: https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/73928/wvw-apiWould be great if this gets fixed soon.
  11. Thanks for the poll info, didn't know that. I think at first worlds with different language focus will keep on fighting separately, but after a few days/weeks they possibly adapt their play-styles. Team chat spam can be problematic, but most chat calls are already/almost international.
  12. Just ignore the world's "language focus" for linking. Well-Balanced match-ups are more relevant for the players than having a consistent language in chat.Arena-Net should be able to test this relatively easily for a linking session and decide it based on the feedback during that time. Since I'm also interested let's have a little vote: Thumbs Up: If you are more interested in a balanced match-up.Helpful: If you think the language focus should be essential for linking.
  13. Hey, I'd really like to use sites like https://wvwintel.com/#2203. It is a map overview of the current WvW matchup and gives great insight for enemy movement.Unfortunately it seems that the API content gets stuck or isn't updated quick enough every now and then. You're able to see the issue when no objectives on all three maps were flipped for a while. Things tested: The site seems to display the current (and updated) api results, I compared it with a direct request: https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/wvw/matches?world=2202Adding an API-Key to the request doesn't change the resultThanks in advance!
