It's pretty bad. I made a bug report. Cause no matter how long I stay out of Arborstone for days and weeks with the two characters I have it now never resets the Hero Challenge. So now I don't get anything from it there. I just do the other two in the other two maps. At least them two other ones work. Just the one in Arborstone is completely bug out with no rewards at all.

As much as I appreciate the gift by all means. Though I do wonder why does it have to be soulbound? I just don't understand the point of it.

Not sure what you mean in the background. Though I do have mine in window mode and I still see the white background when the game is loading.

Presently i'm using a tv to play my pc games and to use as tv at the same time. lol Though I do feel Arenanet should still look into changing the white background splash screen in the game. Surely they could put a black screen with a guild wars 2 logo on it or something? Most games I see have a splash screen even if it just a static image. It just feels very inconsistent with the overall game. Plus would help with hurting people eyes. 🙂

That is a long time yet nothing has been changed in regards of it. I really do hope they change something about it. Surely it someting not to hard to do. Assuming more people would like to see a change. I've already had cataracts and its no fun. Going through it yet again. And the white background just makes my eyes go crazy. Especially how monitors are these days they produce a lot of white and so on. I use dark mode on my computer and phone helps ease for the eyes. I just wish Arenanet would do something about the white background especially if its been there since 2012.

Hello. I been giving some thought when loading up the game. And I couldn't help notice. Why does it have to have a white background upon loading up? Honestly it's rather blinding to the eyes at least for me. Perhaps a black background? Or something to ease the brightness on the eyes. I know many people probably are not bother of a white background. Though I thought id bring it up. Perhaps im not alone on this. It feels inconsistent with the game with no proper splash screen.

This is still happening. After days of not even doing it. Switching to either character of the two I have and the rewards don't pop. It's been days since I done it. Same issue. I am surprised this has not been fixed after all these months. Didn't use to be like this. So now there two issues. Either you have to switch characters. Or now it doesnt matter which two I choose and the rewards just don't pop. Regardless if you move your character out of arborstone the bug still there even after daily reset. And or it eventually comes back at some point in time.

Hey everyone. I wanted to know if anyone out there having a issue where the launcher will forget account name or password. I do have both selected to remember account and password though it will disappear, and a reboot of the launcher will fix it back. Though this is constant always happening sometimes it will just erase my login information when I launch the game. Sometimes it won't. I did a game repair and that didn't resolve it. It never use to do this before. Though this been going on for about a month now give it a take. Any thoughts on what is going on?

Thank you. Though the code I provided doesn't even show up on there. I'm surprised they don't support Windows 11. Considering how long the OS been out now.

Hello everyone. I'm having a issue. I'm able to play the game for some time then suddenly I get this error code. code=58:11:5:575:101. I And I just loose connection haven't seen anyone having this exact error. It's been happening for about a month now. Sometimes it happens a few times every few mins. Other times every few hours. Though it's becoming annoying. I checked my firewall on windows 11 to make sure it pass through it. Though same thing. -.- Any idea what the code mean? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I really wish arenanet would do something about this strike mission. Im tired of people just wanting to do the cheap "easy way" instead of actually playing it all everyone is doing is running around in circles on the boss doing dmg. Which is honestly in my opinion is no fun and nothing to learn about it. I hope that arenanet makes it where people can't do that in the strike mission as its so senseless and just a "cheap easy way" for them to finish the strike mission with out doing any mechanics in the strike mission as it should be played. Not this whole ring run around.
