I've noticed red ! On my gear, but didn't take notice at first that the sigils were missing, as I thought it was part of the new relic system. My main characters sigils have all vanished, but on another character who I know uses the same sigils are still there. And after checking more characters, more than just sigils had disappeared. A few characters are fine, but ones I seem to use most, and know for certain that they were fully kitted out as I would use them for Raids and WvW have missing items. One unlucky character has sigils missing, runes and by the looks of it, rings, amulets and accessories too 😫 I have sent a ticket, but was advised to post it here too. It's extremely frustrating, as it took me a long time to get the currency to get all that gear. And also missed the chance to join my weekly raid training group, coz of messed up gear 😫 *edit* I got a reply back, which basically says "The red ! Means you have stats or upgrades missing"... Yes I already know that. My ticket on the issue is about sigils and runes I HAD, but are now GONE since the expansion came out. It almost feels like the reply back is just expecting me to just shrug it off and just replace what was taken from me, after years of farming and crafting to get that gear. It would cost me a good 300+ gold to replace everything that was lost. Which is in-game gold I don't have and struggle to get... Fingers crossed the reply back on the ticket will be a better one.

I did update the ticket and someone has gotten back to me.The issue is fixed now :D

I did pause to give them a chance to get back to me, and still nothing from the original (first) ticket.It's coming up to 3 weeks now and still nothing is sorted.

Have this issue too.It's been almost two weeks now. Tried contacting support since day one when I had the issue and sent more than one report about it too, and not one of them have gotten back to me.Don't know what else to do, since no one is returning any messages.
