This was 100% the most disappointing of all of the elite specs. Honestly, please go back to the drawing board and give us a mobile bow-mage or something that's ranged and mobile.

I've seen some people running thief with zergs with this kind of a staff build: It's pretty off meta but it can work if you're set on running thief.
