So aside from liking what you're "used to" has anyone tried the Action camera? I have gotten into the habit of using it and I am wondering if it holds me back in harder content like Fractals and PvP. Any opinions?

No.. It's not for balancing. Gadgeteer adds protection to the previous effects, the resistance is supposed to be there when traited. It works untraited Ye what Chaith said. The first patch when they changed it it was broken on release. It didnt do jack kitten what it was supposed to. Nor did it interact with the gadgeteer trait as it should. So they patched it.. and then they patched it a second time.. and then they gave up. Its utterly embarassing for an engineer player.How hard would it have been to just go to the wiki and type Utility Goggles in the search bar and then check out the 'related traits' section?Geez my bad I was wrong didn’t expect duck back lash.

Even while using a kit your weapon stats still apply though no?

I sometimes see items that look valuable that are account bound but I have no use for them. I usually either salvage or destroy them. I am worried that I might toss and item that turns out to be a once per account type thing that I need to a legendary or something. There are a few items that require me to type out the name of the item before destroying it. Is this related at all? Thank you much for any help!
