Just wanted to update, Support did reach my friend about the authentication problem and removed sms authentication. Seems like they are starting to look into it. Ticket was created 7 days ago.

Or maybe they are understaffed and didnt hire anyone because they value money more than their customers.

I hate that we are waiting support to allow us to log in because their joke of an sms system doesnt work.

2-4 weeks of response time? What a joke. This is unacceptable even with the current situation. Worst support i have ever seen. They need to do something instead of ignoring us.

I think these support response times are unacceptable.I heard people wait 4-6 weeks. My friend also send a ticket for the sms authentication problem which is preventing her from logging in to the game btw. 6 days and no response. Cant they hire more people, its like they are ignoring us at this point.

My friend has the same problem and didnt get a reply from support. Are they ignoring this? Not even a statement on their part. Might aswell quit the game.
