Its mostly because of tools like arcdps and kp. If these kinds of tools were banned from the game the the toxicity will decrease in instanced pve. You wont get singled out. You wont get people crying about your dps and heals. People still will be toxic regardless but they wont know who to single out.

Same here. For me its Phase 3 for both camps. Also tried doing what msbehaved mentioned and sat there in the middle of both camps while also participating in nearby events. Starting to get really annoying.
