When most people complain about cheating, its almost always just normal play and they're venting, so everyone writes off calls of cheating until they see it for themselves.
That said, the mount high in the in the air thing is just a visual/lag glitch that they haven't fixed since they were introduced. I can't speak to the other stuff, though.

If youre willing to be extremely diligent about it, you could select a low pop link server and follow it for a few links until you find something you like and wont feel like you're wasting gems.

It usually takes a few matchups for things to balance out. Last link SFR/UW was dominant in T1 until deso got there. The first weekend we had really good fights with them at night but by the last week SFR/UW was practically non-existent.

Totally balanced.There is an ancient snowman secret to handling Cormac's uniblob. Its kinda rough and atypical though.

I know why this topic was made, but there are reasons to have them without the selfish reasons that people hate. I usually take over for someone when they leave, but sometimes he stays up late. When that happens my little group of friends and I make our own squad because there is often more than 5 of us. We usually work in conjunction with main group.
Not all hidden squads are completely ambivalent to everyone else on map.

When you mentioned it in chat it occurred to me that it could act as a replacement for bloodlust. No ppt value but capping it is that maps bloodlust.

So you're saying that there has been a core change to how things are played and now people are going to have to change how they play to compensate. I could swear there was a phrase that refers to this phenomenon...

Sometimes I wonder if Gandara has an alt problem. People want to follow Cormac late into the night on weekend but as soon as he is gone its a ghost town. It makes me think they go to different accounts on other servers to play those times. Since one of the effects of being unlinked is, generally, transfers out, but Gandara never opens, that means nobody is transfering out. Hence it never opens up. People are sort of just skirting the system with alts.
Now, I know at least a part of the algorithm for server pop is wvw time played, but they've never said EXACTLY how its figured. Maybe this unique behavior is gunking up Gandara's status?
Its all wild guessing on my part anyway. I can't really think of any other reason considering how its suffering currently but stays full.

There was a TON of movement around the last relink. Next weeks T1 is going to be really interestng.

The one time Gandara went up to T4 was basically because Deso night focused the other team.
There is no good matchup for unlinked servers. Eliminate 5 tiers.

I actually think a lot of people on EU have alts so they don't have to gem out every two months. If you only play one class and can ferry gold, it doesn't take much effort to get a properly decked out alt acct.

A few hundred transfers every 2 months, a lot of which is probably paid for with in game gold is probably not propping up the game.

Yes. Please. It is EXTREMELY frustrating to have the highest KDR but still half the total kills and 1/3 the total deaths of other servers in the match. No matter how we play we are destined to lose.

i do lots of pve, and didnt notice big deal about these scavenger, perhaps 50s per hour?
Before the change, I was doing DE meta then about 3 hours of commanding in wvw, actively pushing UW eb with evenish numbers until the final hour or so. During DE+prep I'd get roughly the same number of scavenger bags as I would in 3 hours of heavy wvw. There is no way wvw was affecting the market negatively.

i mean, there's only AuX left on deso right. and also parts of them left, as far as i saw. that server had two guilds leaving, with BEAR and before TAG right. so, who outside of a few pugs even is there
like how can this algorithm think it is smart to unlink desolation, but a permablobbing link like FoW+Arborstone is a good combo?
funnily, likely the anet devs are the last who could answer those questions
the last two prime guilds left last week, DZ left a day or so ago, AUX left today

They should just get rid of the last tier. Unlinked servers just kill participation. They don't facilitate opening up servers.
