Issue on the character selection screen

I have experience a different issue relating to the Character Selection Screen, since the title of the blog is about the CSS, might as well I ask if anyone here experience the following: After successfully logging in and click "Play", the Character Selection Screen does not appear at all except for the music. Has anyone experience this? If yes, how did you solve it? -

No Shared Inv. Slot from Pre-Order

Same here, I have purchased it for 3 days now... received everything except for the Shared Inventory Slot and the Max Level Booster. I summited a ticket to the support team and get a reply stating that the problem has been fixed and I shall wait for another 24 hours (that was a day ago). Still hasn't get it.
