Hello, I am leveling an engineer and really enjoying it thus far. I am currently level 19 and I am following this leveling guide https://metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Engineer_-_Leveling_Bomber#. The only thing I am not following is the bomb kit portion of that guide, I find bombs ruin the flow of what I enjoy about engineer so I swapped to grenade kit and flamethrower kit... In regards to kits, should I be using kits exclusively over the core rifle abilities? I find I enjoy the rifle abilities too but if you read the various guides some people claim not to even touch the core abilities, so they stick with kits. I just want to avoid the situation where I get so use to burning stuff down with my flame thrower or burning up packs of mobs with my F3 grenade ability, because its easy to do so, so far lol. I am already talking with support but I was just wanting to see if this was a widespread thing or what? I am a newer player so I don't know if its my gaming habits(playing at home or sometimes away from home thus different IPs but I have text authentication) but every time I use the gem store with the same card that bought all the expansions, "transaction failed" and support tells me this is their payment processor flagging it and its eventually released. I am just going to be patient and wait it out but man it's frustrating when you want to give a company money and the response is "nah dawg"

As a new player, the dye system is fantastic, when I found out I could even dye outfits? Most games want to sell you all the different outfit color combos. I was elated to say the least.
