My wizard vault page is puzzled too. Can't claim rewards

We are trapped in the Asura start instance, SEND A RESCUE PARTY !!! Actually, not totally joking. We all logged out, about 10 of us, and came back into the same bugged instance, over and over. SEND HELP, AND FOOD !!!

Honestly, I hate almost everything about the new expansion. The killing off my fave stuff that kept me alive, like +10 health, the hellish navigation to events in the maps, the new NPC 'friends', the story, almost everything is bad, IMO. If I didn't have to try to understand the new builds, I would wish I never bought it. But I can't wish that cause it impacts my whole game now. I'm so disappointed, I'm looking for my new favorite game now. Never thought I'd say that, but my old guild just went hardcore, and now with this, the feels are really bad

This. What Doragor said. Just block them, no comments to chat, guild, or Anet about it. It's pointless. If you answer, snark, whine, or comment, you'll just look like the drama queen, while the trolls get what they want, because they are sick attention 'bleeps'. If it's stressful, turn the game sound off, (except music if it helps) turn off chat, go offline, and enjoy the game in quiet peace. I know what I'm talking about. It's hard advice, to ignore the people here when you need to, because it's a social game, but it's still good advice. Edit; How do I know it's good advice ? Because I'm bad at following my own good advice, and it never turns out well. Yeah, it's stress relieving, to be free to tell someone to go bleep themselves, but in the long run, them not existing in your game, is much better.

This is a very annoying SB bug. Good luck getting them to care.
