Ignore these type of people and thanks for the backup. But so this guy understands, I have played this game from 2013, still remember doing the first ever season with Scarlet on my Charr Guardian. Then left the game cause of a bad/low spec pc that made playing the game even on low be like a PPT presentation at times, but eventually came back later. For almost 3 years I've loved my weird berserk +rune of golemancy build on my asura engineer. I don't really care for meta, I just found a way I had fun and never really complained about anything else up until this point. So this is not coming from someone who is trolling or hates the game for the sake of hating the new thing. I genuinely loved that build and don't want to change it or be taken from me and I'm doing this to provide feedback in the hopes someone from Anet sees and maybe adds it back in. so know when you do this, you are not helping anyone. You enjoy this expansion and changes? Good for you. I want the same as well. What is wrong with that?

Another idea came to mind of how they just missed the potential. Relics instead of what we got could be literally an extra ability you get. So you'd give players a more active gameplay and choice overall. As a cool down something close to an ult cool down but a bit less and you could have an interesting alternative and instead of making new elite specs you can make a few new abilities you probably scrapped anyway! And the runes could have gotten a really good upgrade that offered choice. I've been trying to replay Elder scrolls online and appreciate the tier system there so you can take that and crank it up! So thought of the runes that they can work like this: -you increase the number of runes we can have from 6 to 9(we can through some quests or raids or grind slot 3 more rune slots on rings and necklace) -I think there are Runesmiths in the game so you can give em purpose by letting us modify runes. Was thinking you can now change rune attributes on the 6th and 3rd slot around or remove that effect entirely. So say you got golemancy rune, I can go to a rune smith and change the 6th effect to the 3rd rune slot and get a weaker and less time present golem effect but get more ferocity on the 6th slot or remove it entirely as you did. So now you can have someone with let's say full 6th rune slot effect and 3 more runes he gets for attribute or vice versa or maybe they want 3 different 3rd slot rune effects to run for the lols or maybe no rune effect and straight up stats.

I think it would not be as bad if they gave you sort of reward choices with those points as the old system. Edited the post for my more detailed feedback on this

why did you remove my way to enjoy the game tho? I loved my golemancy rune and to get some daily reward to goof around. Did I not give enough money or what? Why did you take away my enjoyment of the game?

I just want a relic of golemancer. That's all I need. I don't care for meta or anything. Juest let me have the same fun I've had for so long...

I logged in got reward and did anything but dailies, but..had fun(one thing I was doing recently was map completion for ex)..so now I am forced into this. How does this help me?

no, you don't get it, logging in, and doing anything else rather than daily chores is enjoyable. Knowing you get a small reward for logging in is exciting and a nice incentive.

I would disagree with this. I was perfectly fine with this "boring" way.

The thing is you pay now and in full, not in increments 🙂 But that's the problem, you are forcing people to play to get rewards. In my case I'd login and know there's something I get for it. And from there I'd just willingly do something more, be it fool around, or an event or explore, but it gave me a little treat at the start and I liked that. I also knew what I get that day and there was no rush. Maybe if you can buy something for the login credit they give you, ok. Otherwise no, you turned a game into a second job. Something I'm tired of doing from other games with battle passes.

When will you give me back my golemancy rune effect into a relic?

why should I wait for them to re-add relic effects I've been using for years? And then why should I regrind for them? I did my time in the dungeons to get my relics..Again, I want my golemancy rune, this was very important for me. I have played on the new map, but it's not fun without my rune. I can't enjoy it, they removed something I loved and I feel as I've lost money that I can't recover from this expansion. What do you want me to do? Look at my posts, I barley talk here, I minded my business and played now for 2-3 years without complaint. What is wrong with me finally telling them what my issues are?

they want my feedback? Fine! Add back all the rune effects as relics now! And give me back my daily login! You can keep this relic bs and add more effects not less! Same with this poor mans battle pass daily stuff! Just let me get some laurels and coins throughout the month, give me a reason to login at least! Again, for someone who loved to play the game with my golemancy rune, yes this did ruin my experience, it did ruin my build and did ruin my enjoyment of the game. And for no good reason!

I have barley complained for 2-3 years and just enjoyed the game! No all I want is not an If but for ANET to add the rune effects back as relics and to CREATE NEW ONES! I loved playing as my asura engineer with my golemancy rune for years, why take that away from me? Not to mention if they wanted to revamp the daily bonus fine, keep this new one in but still give me daily login stuff, no one had a problem with it, I like logging in only to find a reason to explore or fool around for another hour or so doing something else. And fine, enjoy your lesser game, I quit. kitten you, kitten Anet and kitten this xpansion!

I've played and enjoyed this game for 2 years so it's not like I come here to complain for nothing! Let me have fun! Let me have back my golem companion!
