Some specs have pretty short ranges for sharing boons (like druid alacrity) which leads to a not-as-fun, in my opinion, loop of a party clipping into each other in a huddle to share boons. Some classes like herald have absolutely no struggle to share boons over a wide area which makes them feel more fun to play. I think if boon sharing ranges were equalized or improved at the lower ends it would be a major QoL and overall fun improvement to the game.

Announcements and keeping up to date with any news on an app some people have open constantly. Checking in-game for a new bonus event in-game is nice but being informed that a bonus event is up thru optional pings without having opened the game yet is a nice motivation to open the game up.

I just think it would be nice. Checking a forum is nostalgic but I often forget to do it since most games I play have discords now.

It would be very nice if we could have an OFFICIAL discord server for the community. Maintaining a discord would take effort, but it would be of great benefit towards growing the community. I personally check if an online game has a discord before I try it, since I can ask questions of how the game is, or find official developers talks so I can see how much the developers care for their game, and seeing that a game has an official discord speaks to me of how much extra the developers want to cultivate a community around their game. Today the unofficial discord imploded after an extremely unprofessional brigading, name slinging in chat towards people asking for a more specific explanation since regular users had not noticed any issues, and aggressive DM's from overzealous brigaders accusing people of being D*** riders for asking. The new discord has banned users' messages pinned to have a name&shame bulletin board of "hey look at these people we banned haha" which feels slightly off kilter to me since I would expect the pins to have relevant or useful information instead. Having the first result when searching for a GW2 community be a place where moderators flex their ban hammers by creating a collage of banned users feels like something that would give me pause if I were trying to join the community.

I feel that the Jade Mech size is too large for my taste since it frequently gets in the way of seeing my own character. If there was an option to change Jade Mech size that would be nice.

Ah thats great to hear, thanks for the heads up. I only recently joined but i'm glad there is an effort for things to change.

It feels like there are no effective handicaps to balance fighting against larger servers that end up outnumbering your team by 60+ players. As far as i'm aware the only thing world choice affects is the team you play with in WvW but that system seems to guide people into playing servers that just play WvW the most to stomp the servers with less people that play WvW. I don't understand if there is a mechanic you can engage with when you are outnumbered threefold or if its just left like this on purpose. I get that it's called world vs world so it makes total sense to have teams be based on worlds but to me that feels like a huge detriment to the fun the of mode just to preserve the name. Having a game mode that fundamentally leads to imbalanced teams just doesn't make sense to me.

Can we get Pharoah's Regalia Outfit rotated into shop, It's been gone for half a year and I would love to buy it 🙂

Ah I didn't know I could check individual outfits history and stuff, I think this will give me a better idea. Thank you.

I recently started playing gw2 through steam and I noticed not all the outfits are available in the gem shop. I tried searching online for answers but i'm still unsure because many answers were multiple years old and somewhat inconsistent. (some people said it's completely random while others said it was seasonal etc. But overall the answers all seemed to suggest I could be waiting months at a time for an outfit to show up). I've been loving the game but I don't know if I could wait months at a time for an outfit I like to maybe show up. If somebody could help me understand if there are and how the outfit rotations in the gem shop work I would be very grateful.
