This skill has been overlooked for a while but it most definitely needs to be toned down. It does way too much on a short cooldown. The only reason why it's been left like this for so long is because very few people play it. But for those who play in relatively high ranks on NA will know that one particular Scrapper player has centered his build around this skill for a long time, to great success. Please devs, look into this. I am not the only one, there are numerous other posts if you do a simple search.

Please fix this trait, it has not been brought into line with the other res traits in PvP and WvW and it's been a while.

Chaith is 100% correct. Ranked's biggest problem currently is low population. This is an amazingly balanced and fun gamemode that has been overlooked for far too long. Small steps like those outlined above can do a lot to alleviate the problem and provide a better gaming experience for all invloved.
