My short and humble opinion so far and it will not be about numbers or stats. The Golem is really fun to play around, it's a simple specialization but it gets the job done, animations and sound design are great but it feels very strange to lose the Tool Belt and remaining 90 seconds without the Golem it's very punishing. The thing that missed the mark is the Mace, is not giving much and it feels tacked on, since the power of the spec comes from the Golem itself i would rather support it with buffs, heals or barriers, kinda like the Specter scepter but more focused on the Golem itself. I'd love new Necromancer minion skins, like necromantic energy infused golems (Oola style) for the asura.
