you can litterally stealth, go to char select, log back in and it would create the effect you are mentioning, especially if that person's loading time is fast

Some dps classes are so squishy they would eventually die to even f1 burn from a support guardian. So if even a healer spec with 0 condition stat can kill slowly decap a dps for example dp thief not running shadow art cleanse, then this idea of bunkers not able to kill anything will never happens with the way the classes are designed.
Though I agree like most people that some super tanky builds ( czerk, scourge, bsw, at the moment) shouldnt do that much burst dmg.

there wasnt one before so fa cata could get shocking aura each time they ended a combo in air.

I would even say for me I get better winrate solo q If Im in plat 1, for plat 2 3 then I get better winrate with a duo.

Its either you play in premade and get plat at very least or you play solo and stay at gold.Some players, can easily solo q to high plat 2, I can, some can solo to plat 3. Dont assume everything is rigged against you and maybe try getting better?

If you are a scourge player, like someone mentioned that spec doesn't 'carry' much, so from that I can assume you are a gold skill player probably usually around g2-3. To be comfortable in plat solo q you need to carry your team, to be in high gold you need to not pulldown your team in a proper game.
So from your story it seems you had a winstreak to early plat that you called grind but brough you slightly above your usual skill lvl. If someone has a winstreak, usually its followed by a loss streak because you aren't able to maintain that rating. Winstreak was luck on your side bringing you higher than usual and your loss streak was slightly bad luck if it brough you lower than usual.

Weaver isn't 'good' in any form, It's a very subpar elite specialization, with no viable build vs any real specs. Fire weaver lose ever single relevant match up on sides as a side noder. Fresh air weaver is one the worst roamer in the game currently and hammer weaver rly? thats not even a build, its dog meme level...

It lacks sustain/cleanse though, you can either go staff/gs or gs sword/shield with shield cleanse trait. but s/s gs is too paper to be any good vs real specs :(
On vindi it was fine because we have other sources of cleanse.

I knew the tooltip but if you test it you can easily see that you get less than 20% crits after getting weakness on even with high crit chance, that's nothing new. Hence why I assumed the 3 crits here were from sigil and not insane rng.

oh rly ? Tbh I am not sure but as I remember weakness's 50% was always wrong/buggy and actually denied almost every crit, so when i got hit by 3 crit in a row in that clip while he had weakness I assumed that it ignored weakness.

Original post below, before someone told me that it is actually not the case probably @-@ .... So just take it as me now asking if indeed the sigil is affected for sure by weakness.
Basically I am just wondering if it makes sense that intelligence sigil is not affected at all by weakness since weakness is supposed to be for some spec their main defense vs power burst, now there is already plenty of the 'resistance' boon in the game making weakness useless vs it, but should intelligence sigil also be able to ignore it ? I have no position yet by the way, just curious what others think.
Here is a 10 seconds small clip of me blasting a poison field to put weakness before a burst to mitigate it , then I took 12k dmg from 2 hits because of intelligence sigil.

Czerker farms everything like that, imo its way more broken than slb, just in a different way since it doesn't do anything in teamfight.
That doesnt mean ele is bad though, and imo ele is very far from bad, its definitely in top 3 class right now. war with czerker+bs, ranger with slb+untamed and ele with supp tempest, hammer cata and fa cata all still top specs.
If your point was about fa weaver though, like in the video, then Im right behind you ^^ its weak as kitten.

Playing supp in rank never did great either way, it relies too much on having descent teammate able to get kills. At least on meme build you can get kills when your team isnt

A spec is only as strong as the meta allow it to be, DE itself has been strong for a very long time, yet... its bad.
Why? because of the meta, right now soulbeast and before that cata era. Both fully deny DE domination, take it even further and scrapper with reveal trait also a bit. If cata werent there, condi specter would never have been a thing, because DE countered specter.

Someone doesn't get sarcasm, Arthur was referring to the fact every team had one staff spb side noding at quarter final and above, and no vindis. But this is also not representative of current state since war staff got big nerfs after so..
