Every was fine in PoF before that patch but now I crash, I doubt they increase the requirement there. -

Yes, everything is up to date. There is no new update since years for this graphic card. -
I tried to reinstall the game. I reinstall windows but it continue to crash at various moment often in Gyala Delve but not only there. Screen of the crash's message (in french) Basicaly the message said "Guild Wars 2 has encountered a fatal graphics driver error and must terminate." I dont know if it is usefull but the debug.log file said this : Processor : AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 945 Processor 3.00 GHz RAM : 8,00 Go Grapic Card : ATI Radeon HD 5670

Based on calculations done by certain peoples, it is believed that there will not only be a balance of confusion among each raid or strike encounter, but the overall damage appears to be quite low even on slow bosses. I am perplexed as to why the foundational scaling is set at such a low value (0.03 to 0.05); it is still lower than the scaling for bleeding (0.06). It should be at least equal to that of bleeding. This modification will significantly harm condition builds that heavily rely on confusion, particularly those used by mesmer and engineer players.

As the title said : Shadow Portal is not good enough to be competitive versus Portal and Sand Swell. In squad content, not be able to portal all your team is problematic. It can only portal 5 peoples instead of 20. The other issue is you cannot go back inside again like Portal and Sand Swell. If devs wants to make some support thief builds competitive in PvE, they need to look at it. I am thinking about Harvest Temple CM, Qadim 1, Escort Tower (Wing 3) where mesmer is required systematically or is very strong.

The number one reason (in my opinion) why condi Thief/Specter is not really play is how venom interact with other condi thief/specter player. This is simple, they cannot stacks proprely with the exception of Basilik Venom. It means if there is more than 2 condi Thief/Specter in a squad, their respective dps will goes down (and create a lot of frustration). In reality, more than one condi Thief/Specter create problems because the squad is moving or there is a dead people or a kiter. Condi Firebrand don't have that issue.

The classic one with Plague Sending + Master of Corruption combo. The new one with Insidious Disruption + Terror combo. But I would suggest to buff a little bit the Fear generation of the scourge. Right now, all shroud's Fear duration is only 1 second including Garish Pillar. Upping the base duration to 2 secondes could help the trait Terror to be more interresting in a condi dps perspective. The base Fear duration of necromancer's weapons is also 1 second. Reaper's Mark and Wail of Doom could be buffed too.

Lingering curse stats issue

Stats from Lingering Curse cannot be converted since 08/17/2021. This mean that Fell Beacon cannot convert it like previously. 200*0.07 = 14 expertise lost for the scourge

For Necromancer. Please put alacrity on "sand savant", this trait is done for support. I dont want to spam my F1 while I could focus on the gameplay and player, it will be painfull to target player with a small shade

... expertise ? The decrease in damage is noticeable on active skills (F2). It seems impossible to put confusion at 100% bonus condition duration like before.

https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Chaotic_Potency The base bonus from the aptitude "Chaotic Potency" (120 Condition Damage) cannot be converted with utilities (like Toxic Maintenace Oil). In the situation of the Toxic Maintenace Oil, it results a loss of 7 points of concentration. The additionnal bonus of this aptitude (the one with the statff) can be converted, so everything is fine here.

When a group has finished their event on one of the 5 platforms, let them teleport to the others to help the others. There are too many people who cannot succeed in their event . What do you think about it ?
