The problem is the same animations on leaps and 50% conditional damage that leaked into pvp from pve (idk about you, but I dont enjoy unblockable 7k slaps from a defense traitline). Dont dramatize, nothing comes close to uselesness of a virt dagger. FC needs drastic nerfs, a simple sacrifice to make way for overall warrior rebalance. If they had balls to nuke continuum split on its 105s cd, they should find some to nerf FC.

They were complaining about others just as much but in the same time they were more reasonable than others until now. What did you expect? FC is literally busted since its release, warrior got much better defense traitline - spb instantly broken in all shapes and forms, I wouldnt ever expect condi spb to become even remotely viable ever but here we are. Everyone is gangsta until they meet not an average gold hammer enjoyer but a decent player and would be farmed into oblivion by these (its not even about the hammer, its about how strong dagger is at starving your defenses with FC). Sure, no range limit following you everywhere time-ticking-bomb, that explode up to ~11k , is fine, its just everyone are crybabies. Reminds me scepter 3 on mesmer with a 3s cast time, it was buffed once and then it was nerfed so hard (much harder than it was prebuff) that it does around 4k if all 7 hits crits with zerk. It too me 2-3 days to play cata without any prior experience to beat some ele mains with plat badges... But keep an illusion as if ele players are 3 times more skilled than any other player, if that helps you cope.

Not true. No one would play staff with a PB and you simply wont get rupted with free stab on CC or a bit of LoS.
