The Relic of Peitha applies 2 stacks of Torment for 4 seconds with a 4 second cooldown.
And it increases the damage of the next attack.
The trigger for this is doing a Shadowstep or using a Deception skill.
So you'd be triggering it on Axe 3 and any Mirage utilities you bring.
I think it would be easier to track instead of the 10 second cooldown that Akeem has.
if relic of the akeem didn't exist then the next best option would be relic of the fractal

An actual movement skill is another niche that doesn't exist for Necro weapons on land, but maybe a less likely feature. If it does happen then it'll probably be something like Dark Spear (Necro spear 5) where there's a skill animation and projectile travel before the movement.
On a selfish note, I want them to be power weapons so I could run greatsword + sword/sword.
The only thing I really don't want to see is a mismatched power/condi set like daggers.
what? no its not a niche that doesn't need to be fulfilled, necro lacks mainhand/offhand power weapons, necro has a good amount of condi weapons already that are good too

cool* change but i think fixing gs2 is way more important that i doubt will happen anyways, and also i wish the auto attack didn't do the most dmg at max range, just make the max damage standard so it makes more sense for the virtuoso trait which makes you do more damage at melee range

i have like 5% hope there is gonna be some actual underwater related content releasing with the sequels of this (apparently) WATER dragon themed expansion...just maybe cause fishing on a skiff is just not my thing

GS4 too, it has the blade tooltip but it actually doesn't proc the traits at all so its a bug

Also, Power takes 7.7% DPS loss during exposed while condi takes 30% DPS loss during exposed with this change so relatively power is the relative winner here.
most condi builds are 100% still the winner here

I think they ran out of ideas, maybe cause we already had very strong p dps (chrono) and c dps (mirage) and on top of that, those gave boon support so idk.
The pros with virtuoso though is that it kinda fixed chrono's slow damage ramp up weakness which makes it mes more viable in fractals, and as for condi virtuoso its also way more easier to play compared to the more complex condi mirage.
I think its a good spec at the end of the day, its just that chrono's and mirage's designs are so crazy that we are spoiled and expected it to be on par with chrono and mirage.

I do agree somewhat that those weps definitely don't have any synergy with virtuoso especially them not having any blade skillfact compared to GS for example but in a pvp sense, sharper images got nerfed hard anyways so I don't think its a big part of your condi output anyways, its more of your wep skills and shatters

Looks very promising with the range of the 2 psionic skills. Ofc the aoe is not very big, but couple it with the range and positioning, numbers look good.
Was thinking lesser chaos storm on heal may be usefull for aegis and strips, but better keep the signet active and stock blades hense the invuln. Unless if someone goes for either Mimic for more dmg or Null Field for cleanse and strip, tho the spec is glassy.
i think it would better to focus on damage with some boonstrip, chrono does boonstrip way better anyways
Relic of Cerus deals less damage if cast while you have Quickness.

This is exasperating honestly, it seems very people care about this relic too, so its not getting enough attention brought to it
