    have the same issue as well. doesn't matter which salvage tool i use. and this issue is really annoying and confusing. hoping for a fast fix.

    I just unlocked the last special mission (Temple of Febe Strike) and have the same issue. I have a red checkmark for the Special Section inside the Wizard Vault without any means to clear it.
